GYM MASTER Inversion Table – Weight Capacity 150 kg

Overview

The Gym Master inversion table is a great place to start in the world of inversion due to it’s VERY low price and due to it’s ease of use and assembly.

A budget inversion table that looks a little nicer when compared to some of the other cheaper inversions tables that are available such as the Bennetts inversion table and the Klarfit basic inversion table.

Features and specifications

Able to hold a very respectable 150 kg in weight (330 lbs) the Gym Master table is durable and well built.

When assembled the inversion table measures 146 x 78 x 159 cm and we would recommend that you have an area of roughly 1 metre by 2 – 2.5 metres to set up this and most other inversion tables.

This inversion table is suitable for anyone between the heights of between 4 ft 10″ to 6 ft 6″.

The leg rest area of the table can be easily adjusted to suit every height within this range to the nearest inch.

Please note, if you do happen to be under 4 ft 10″ you would still be able to use this and other inversion tables. However you would probably need a second person on hand to help ease your legs up past the tipping point.

A better option to consider if you are under 4 ft 10″ would be the Yatek ECO inversion table which can accommodate users from 4 ft 3″ and upwards.

One of the most useful things about this style of inversion table (aside from how cheap they are), is that they are able to fold up for storage.

Although the table does not fold down flat it does fold down to a far more upright position allowing it to be rested against a wall in the corner or stored in a slightly easier manner.

You also have the option to detach the backrest area from the base fairly easily, which also makes storage and transportation a lot less hassle.

This inversion table does require some assembly and comes complete with an instruction manual and all assembly materials that are necessary.

In my own experience this style of inversion table is fairly easy to set up and for most it should not take longer than 30 minutes. Although some may wish to have a second person to help with the set up as it can be a little fiddly.

When compared to the other budget inversion tables available in the UK this table may be considered a better choice due to the style of the backrest.

However, other features such as the padded ankle fasteners and the rubber padded safety handles tend to be similar on most inversion tables.

The table features a safety strap that allows the user to limit their inversion angle, something I would recommend for those who are new to inversion.

Those who are more confident with inversion can use the table without the strap allowing them to completely invert and hang upside down.

The non slip feet on the base of the table also allow for safe and secure inversion therapy sessions.

Overall

In my opinion this table is a very good option to consider if you are looking to not spend a great deal.

It will suit those who are new to inversion therapy as well as anyone who has been doing it for a while.

Although the table may be a little basic for some, most newcomers to inversion may find either this inversion table or the Klarfit Relax Zone inversion table basic a good place to begin. But there are better tables out there if you are willing to spend a bit more.
